We collaborated with Ashcroft Capital and 1314 Design Studio to rebrand this multifamily property. Halston on Frankford is undergoing a massive renovation. Taking the mood boards provided by the interior designer we developed a logo and a design package that reflected the materials and finishes that were used in the property during the renovation. Marble accents, light wood textures, and clean font layouts were used to set up the designs inspired by the famous Halston designer’s elegant and luxe vibes which complement the glamorous amenities, furniture, and decor.
Programming, design development, permitting, fabrication, and installation was completed by our FSGS team. We are so proud of how it all turned out!
