Lake Village North

Project Overview

Located in Garland, TX, Lake Village North consists of 4 properties that recently merged into 1. With the property consolidation, potential tenants had trouble finding the leasing office (located a mile away from the furthest building on phase 4). To make matters worse, their monument sign was barely noticeable from the highway, and their outdated property signs were faded and unbranded. 

Our design team reviewed the location of the property, the phases, and the leasing office to develop a series of signs that would help:  

1. Identify the consolidated Property, such as large building signs with highway visibility 

2. Guide potential tenants towards the leasing office 

3. Develop a monument sign large enough to identify the leasing office entrance. 

4. Update the amenities signs with branded and compliant verbiage 

The results have made a tremendous difference! The large, new illuminated sign is in a prime spot and can be seen from across the highway. Additionally, the property’s directional signs clearly lead to the leasing office, so potential renters are no longer getting lost and giving up on this property. The leasing office, pool and sports court share a cohesive look that reflects Lake Village North brand and matches the monument sign, giving potential tenants a distinct, warm welcome.  

The Madera Residential team was so pleased with our work that we’re now working on an additional 4 mini monument signs that will identify each phase, reinforce the updated brand and help direct people to the leasing office.
