Bellevue Apartments Portfolio

Project Overview

Due to the magnitude of this undertaking, our client Nicholas Residential had been struggling to rebrand six properties, the Bellevue Apartments, for over 10-12 months. Our team at FSGS helped them clarify the scope of the project and came up with a plan of action:  

  • Due diligence: inventoried and identified all signs to be replaced
  • Standardized brand colors and layouts
  • Standardized message across sign types (Pool Rules, Amenities, Business Hours, etc.)
  • Selected materials and finishes that met their budget
  • Organized production schedules to meet desired timelines 

    We worked together to rebrand all six of their apartment properties and completed the project within 9-10 months.
