Project Overview
To rebrand their newly acquired Alcove Oaks Apartments, CAF Management, a long-time client of ours, needed to replace all apartment property signs before the painters came in. Knowing this project required deft coordination the first time around to prevent future retouches, our FSGS team consistently coordinated between the property manager and the painting vendors to make sure we were all in sync. We had already designed a Master Sign process with their marketing team: every time they take over a property, we brand every sign according to regulations.
This process went extremely smoothly, and we completed this project on time and on budget. The monument sign was permitted, fabricated, and installed within the established timeline, and it turned out beautiful!
